VCan electromagnetic locks are part of the Actuated Safety Devices (DAS) family and are developed specifically to ensure the security of emergency exits. As such, they guarantee the locking of these in order to protect the buildings against intrusion. In order to free access and allow the evacuation of people, they can be activated near the opening via a manual trigger or an opening request device (DDO), as well as remotely by the security system fire (SSI) or the centralized emergency exit management unit (UGCIS). Patented and NFS 61937 approved system, made in France, robust and reliable, the VCan lock has a small footprint, limited electrical consumption with a very high holding force (up to 300 DaN). It is therefore essential to ensure the security of buildings such as ERPs.
